As we know, our neighborhood has had it's share of property crime. Though, if you look at the crime statistics, our neighborhood is relatively safe compared to other areas of the City and County. Nevertheless, all of us, working together, must remain vigilant in looking out for suspicious people or activities. Being seen, keeping our eyes on the street is a big deterrent. And if you see anything, please report it to the Police and email or post to this blog so that others know what to be on the lookout for.
As I mentioned in a recent email, there have been several reports in recent weeks of aggressive salespeople in the neighborhood. These individuals are on foot and have been seen carrying black backpacks. It's uncertain whether these individuals are also possibly scouting out homes.
We must do our best to watch out for one another and to report suspicious activities.
