Our Community

Valley View Acres is a slice of rural heaven in otherwise suburban North Natomas. Less than 10 minutes from Downtown, our eclectic community is located north of Del Paso Road, south and west of East Levee Road and east of Sorento Road. Slowly building out over the course of many, many decades, Valley View Acres is the only community within the City of Sacramento that permits the keeping of domesticated farm animals including chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, cattle and horses.

Neighborhood Meetings

DAY: The Valley View Acres Community Association meets regularly on the third Wednesday of every month (except for the months of July and December).

TIME: Meetings begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. and last for no more than 1 hour.

LOCATION: Meetings rotate to different neighbors' homes within our community. Please check this blog for meeting locations for a given month.
